Justine Brawley
I have called North Carolina home for more than 19 years, specifically Lake Norman area for 14 years. I'm originally from central Pennsylvania, and moved to North Carolina to attend college, where I met my husband and moved to his hometown of Mooresville, NC. Quickly I fell in love with Lake Norman and all it has to offer; with close proximity to Charlotte, great restuarants, sporting events, the lake and parks. I began my career in the legal field working as a paralegal for a local attorney in Mooresville, and decided to change careers and pursue my passion of real estate. I love working with both buyers and sellers, helping client's find the perfect home that is going to bring them joy every day, and making a good investment. I enjoy helping sellers market their home to get it sold quickly at a great price. My goal in every transaction to is to make the transition to a new home as smooth as possible, while offering my expertise to benefit my client. I have experience in handling relocations with both buyers and sellers moving in and out of state. I also have experience in new construction, vacant land, investment properties; both long term and short term rentals, and commercial properties. When I'm not working, I spend my time with my husband and my children enjoying time on the lake, community events, and traveling to the NC mountains and beach.
